The heart of our community

Whether you worked in the classroom, played in the classroom, attended for a number of years, or your stay was shorter — we consider you a part of the Glenridge Alumni Community.  Glenridge is a special community and we would like to keep you all connected!

Glenridge Needs Your Support. Donate Now!

The 2022 Annual Fund campaign is now live! This year we’re seeking to raise $15,000. This money will go directly to the school—helping us pay our wonderful teachers, purchase basic supplies, and fund scholarships that ensure Glenridge remains accessible to all children, regardless of family income.

Thank you for helping Glenridge stay magical and keep its footing during these uncertain times—directly supporting our efforts to inspire a love of nature and a love of learning in our students. Every dollar makes a difference to our school, our children, and their foundation of early learning.

Your donation will ensure that Glenridge remains a special place for many families and many years to come.

Alumni Picnic 2022

Sunday, May 15, 12–3 pm

We are thrilled to bring back the annual alumni picnic! Please join us at Glenridge on Sunday, May 15, from 12 to 3 pm. We will be celebrating Mame’s 25th anniversary with a catered lunch, activities for the kids, and live music by Porch (with our very own Kerry Yates) from 12 to 1 p.m. Thanks to everyone who RSVPed; RSVPs are now closed. Don’t forget your picnic blanket!

As we welcome everyone back to the picnic (finally!), we want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible while safely gathering again. We will be taking these precautions:

  • There will be bathroom access, but the classrooms will be closed.

  • Everyone going inside to use the bathroom must wear a mask.

  • Lunches will be individually wrapped.

  • Bring your own beverages.

  • Masks are not required outdoors per the current guidance from the San Francisco Department of Public Health. If the rules change before the picnic, we’ll let you know what to expect!

We look forward to seeing all alumni and their families at the alumni picnic, and we especially encourage our high-school seniors, eighth graders, and fifth graders to come back to the canyon to reconnect with old friends. This year we look forward to seeing members of the classes of 2009, 2013, and 2016!

And since the picnic was on hiatus in 2020 and 2021, we also hope to see members of the classes of 2007, 2008, 2011, 2012, 2014, and 2015. Covid canceled your reunions, but we still miss you!
