Mark your calendars for our virtual auction!
The good news is that it doesn’t matter where you are in the world; you can take part in this year’s auction. There’s no need for babysitters or Ubers, and it’s up to you whether you get dressed up in sequins or wear sweatpants—or both! But one thing hasn’t changed: our current Glenridge families are working hard to put on a fabulous event for you with entertainment, great prizes, and some exciting twists! We’d be thrilled if you could join us to celebrate Glenridge and raise a glass, as well as some much-needed funds.
When is the online silent auction?
Our online silent auction will run the week before the virtual live auction, from Wednesday, October 26, through Wednesday, November 2, 2022. Bid on items all week long from this year's auction catalog.
How do people sign up?
Sign up to participate in all events by pre-registering.
How do people pick up their won items?
Physical gift certificates and items won in the online silent auction and the virtual live auction will all be available for pickup in San Francisco on Sunday, November 6 (12:30 p.m.–3:30 p.m.) and Tuesday, November 8 (4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.). Location information will be shared with winning bidders. Please wear a mask and social distance at pickup days. We will email gift certificates if possible.
How do I pick up won items if I’m unable to attend pickup days?
We will not be shipping items. Please contact a current Glenridge family or another friend and ask them to pick up your items.
Can I just donate directly to the school?
Yes! Thank you for your support. Donate to keep tuition affordable and help cover the costs of running our school. Glenridge Cooperative Nursery School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, ID #94-1731144, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
What is my online handle?
When you sign up to participate in the online auction, you will be asked to choose an online handle. This name will be attached to your bids and be visible to other bidders and the auctioneer. Your online handle can be your name or something more anonymous. If you’d like to bid as a couple, you will need to bid using the same user account. You can put both names in the name field if you like.
How do I change my online handle?
You can change your handle by logging in, selecting your name from the upper right, going to My Account, and scrolling down to find Edit My Information.
When is the virtual live auction?
Our virtual live auction will stream live on the evening of Saturday, November 5. There will be a preshow starting at 7:30 p.m. PDT, and then bidding will start at 8 p.m. PDT. Be sure to pre-register.

Do I need to be logged on to win the raffle?
Raffle tickets sales will be available during the week of the online silent auction. Winners will be announced during our virtual live auction. You don't have to be present to win, but we'd love to see you there.
How do I bid on auction night?
There will be a video showing a live-stream of the auctioneer alongside buttons for you to click and bid. There will also be a chat function, and you’ll be able to see information about each auction item. Our auctioneer will be streaming live to tell you all about the live auction prizes on offer and tempt you into raising your virtual paddle.
